The Story
Following a low FODMAP diet for my sensitive stomach made the joy of eating a fruitless endeavor. Most store-bought sauces were loaded with gut triggers like onion and garlic, leaving me no choice but to make my own from scratch. After years of navigating these dietary restrictions and being disappointed by the lack of flavorful, safe options, I knew there had to be a better way. I set out to create a line of sauces that bring the same excitement and delicious taste of traditional condiments, but without the worry for those with sensitive stomachs.
